POST OF MECHANICAL ENGINEER GRADE II

Job Scope

Planning & Designing Mechanical Engineering Projects to reach the corporate objectives.
Analysis on System Data, statistics and plan for error free mechanisms.
Research & Development of innovative trends.
Manage the subordinates of the Mechanical Engineering division with effective personnel management practices.

Key Responsibilities

Propose, Design and Plan Projects relevant to Mechanical Engineering works including preparing the Engineering Design, Estimation, Specifications and Bidding documents, etc.
Assist and Manage Projects to ensure successful completion.
Utilize the subordinate staff effectively and efficiently to maximize the outcome and technical capabilities of each staff member.
Implement procedures to carry out efficient and effective breakdown prevention and recovery by implementing preventive maintenance plans which are based on analyzing of system data, log records, history cards and inspection records.
Immediately attain and monitor the Critical Breakdowns to ensure the systems are successfully repaired and recommissioned in a minimum time frame.
Provide Engineering insight and carry out Root cause analysis of system instabilities, breakdowns and inefficient operations.
Assisting procurement works of organization by adhering to approved procedure procurements and laws and providing technical insight by holding TEC chairman or member positions and assisting in tender evaluation.
Train and lead the subordinate Staff on their career development, while expanding the technical knowledge and soft skills.
Fully adhere to the Occupational Safety and Health guidelines to ensure the wellbeing of all relevant stakeholders.
Resolve and manage internal conflicts among employees to build a positive working environment which enhances team working capacity.
